Due to their Antique or Vintage nature, no furniture items such as furniture, lamps, or home furnishing items may be returned and are sold in “as is” condition.
SHG assumes no responsibility or warranty, implied or otherwise for items picked up and removed from our facilities by any party to transport to any other location.
SHG does not warrant purchased items located at the store which are damaged or destroyed by any catastrophic event to include but not be limited to, flood, hail, wind, tornado or hurricane.
Other goods such as new items may be returnable but only at the full discretion of SHG and with the exception of the following conditions:
. the supply of goods which are made to your specifications or those which are clearly personalized.
.the supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to health concerns or hygiene reasons such as possible viral contamination.
Shipping Policy:
SHG is local pickup only. However, you may coordinate your own shippers to pickup from our store or warehouse.
